These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 222bs ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through 222bs at https://222bs.app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 222bs. You should read them carefully before proceeding.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any part of the 222bs platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Eligibility Requirements

Account Registration and Management
To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and the full range of 222bs services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:
- You may hold only one account at 222bs. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts in the name of family members at the same address — for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing limits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must notify 222bs of any changes to your registered details, including your mobile number, within a reasonable time of the change occurring.
- You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 222bs account. You must keep your login credentials confidential at all times and must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
- 222bs reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documents reasonably requested within the timeframe specified.
- Inactive accounts (accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months) may be flagged as dormant. 222bs may apply an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month to dormant accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered mobile number.
Account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 222bs does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated and settled in BDT.
222bs will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any communication purportedly from 222bs asking for your password or full payment details, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
222bs supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. The following rules apply to all financial transactions conducted on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is subject to change at 222bs's discretion with reasonable notice. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 222bs's compliance team following a completed KYC review.
- 222bs reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests.
- 222bs does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 222bs's control. It is your responsibility to check applicable fees with your payment provider before transacting.
- Deposits made in error or under mistaken belief cannot always be refunded once they have been credited to your 222bs wallet and used in play. If you believe an erroneous transaction has occurred, you must contact [email protected] as quickly as possible, providing full details of the transaction in question.
222bs applies anti-money-laundering (AML) screening to all financial transactions. Transactions that trigger AML screening may be temporarily held pending review. 222bs is required by its internal compliance policy to report suspicious financial activity. Providing false payment information or attempting to obscure the source of funds may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
222bs offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are credited to your 222bs account in the form of bonus credit. Bonus credit is separate from real-money credit and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of it (or winnings derived from it) may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
- The standard wagering requirement on 222bs welcome bonuses is stated clearly at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the allotted period will result in the bonus credit and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
- Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Any player found to be using bonus funds in a systematic, professional, or coordinated manner designed to extract guaranteed profit from the bonus structure — commonly known as bonus abuse — will have their account suspended and any bonus-derived winnings voided.

- 222bs reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal or modification does not affect bonus credit that has already been validly claimed and credited to a player's account.
222bs may, at its sole discretion, restrict the eligibility of specific players or groups of players for particular promotions. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement conditions.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on 222bs are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. The following general betting rules apply across the platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet before confirming it. 222bs will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except in the event of a clear and demonstrable technical error on the part of 222bs.
- 222bs reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price (palpable error). In such cases, affected bets will be refunded to the player's account at the stake amount. 222bs's decision on palpable errors is final.
- In-play betting markets on cricket and other sports are subject to suspension and early settlement based on the progress of the event. 222bs follows standard industry settlement rules for cricket, including DLS method application for rain-affected matches and standard ICC playing conditions.
- Casino and slot games are governed by the rules of the individual game as determined by the game's provider studio. 222bs does not control the RNG or game logic of third-party studio titles. RTP percentages and game rules are available within each individual game's interface.
Maximum winnings from a single bet or single game session may be subject to platform-wide limits. Where a maximum win limit applies, any winnings that exceed the limit will be paid at the capped amount and the remainder forfeited. Maximum win limits, where applicable, are displayed in the relevant game or betting market interface.
Responsible Gaming
222bs is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following provisions apply:
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
- Players may request a time-out period (a temporary suspension of their account) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time. During a time-out, the player may not deposit, bet, or access any real-money game on 222bs. Time-out requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
- Players who wish to exclude themselves from 222bs on a long-term basis may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration chosen. Once the exclusion period ends, a mandatory 7-day reactivation cooling-off period applies before the account can be reinstated.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 222bs. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
- Using any software, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence system, or other automated means to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the illicit origin of funds deposited or withdrawn from 222bs.
- Colluding with other players, 222bs employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors on the 222bs platform. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a known or reasonably discoverable bug are void and will be reversed.
- Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, or otherwise disguise your true location for any purpose related to your use of 222bs.
222bs employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will not be entitled to any winnings accrued during the period of prohibited activity, regardless of whether those winnings resulted directly from the prohibited conduct.
Account Suspension and Termination
222bs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- The player has breached these Terms in any material respect, including by engaging in any activity listed under the Prohibited Activities section.
- The player has failed to complete required KYC documentation within the timeframe specified, or the documentation provided has been found to be fraudulent, forged, or otherwise inauthentic.
- 222bs has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose, or that the account has been compromised by a third party and is being used without the authorised player's knowledge.
- The player has requested account closure voluntarily. In this case, any pending withdrawal requests that were validly submitted prior to the closure request will be processed in the normal course. Remaining bonus credit (unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Where an account is suspended or terminated by 222bs due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of suspension may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, 222bs reserves the right to forfeit the balance. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 222bs platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other materials — is the property of 222bs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from 222bs without prior written permission.
The 222bs name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 222bs. You may not use any 222bs trademark, trade name, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion, imply sponsorship or endorsement, or disparage 222bs or its services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222bs's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:
- 222bs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether or not such damages were foreseeable.
- 222bs does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, and third-party payment processor outages may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features thereof.
- 222bs is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from any unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.
- Where 222bs is found liable to a player despite the limitations set out above, the maximum aggregate liability of 222bs to that player in respect of any claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 222bs account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy and Data Protection

Amendments to These Terms
222bs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, 222bs will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on record (which may include notification via the platform interface, registered mobile number, or registered email address) at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the 222bs platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law as applied by reputable online gaming operators, given the cross-border nature of online gaming services. 222bs does not make any representation as to the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction and accepts no responsibility for your compliance with local law.
222bs operates an internal dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the platform, your account, or any bet or game outcome, you should first contact the 222bs support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 222bs will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 3 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties within 30 days, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party mediator by either party.
